1. Information we collect

Request details you provide: your name (when given), phone number, Nashville zip code, pest type, and urgency selected on the quote form.

Consent records: the date and time you accepted our contact consent, and the page it was given on.

Call data: call time, duration, routing destination, and call recordings made for quality and billing verification.

Technical data: basic device and browser information collected automatically when you visit the site.

2. How we use your information

To route your request and connect your call to an appropriate local pest control partner.

To record and time calls for quality assurance, billing verification, and resolving partner billing disputes.

To follow up about your request, maintain compliance records for contact consent, and improve the service.

3. Sharing with pest control partners

To fulfill your request, we share your phone number, zip code, pest type, and urgency with the independent pest control partner your call or request is routed to. That partner uses your information to contact you and quote the work.

Partners are separate businesses and handle your data under their own privacy practices once it is shared. We also use service providers (such as telephony and hosting vendors) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

Request and consent records are retained for up to five years to meet contact-consent record-keeping obligations. Call recordings and call logs are retained for up to 24 months for billing and dispute purposes, then deleted.

5. Your choices

You may reply STOP to any text message to opt out, ask a caller to place you on our do-not-call list, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
