Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing CallSignal, submitting a request, or enrolling as a partner provider, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

CallSignal is a lead-routing marketplace. We connect homeowners in the Nashville area with independent, third-party pest control providers by routing phone calls and request details to a participating partner.

CallSignal does not perform pest inspections, treatments, or any other pest control work.

3. No guarantee of service or quality

Partner providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or subcontractors of CallSignal. We do not supervise, direct, or warrant their work, licensing status, pricing, availability, or results.

Any agreement for pest control services is solely between the homeowner and the provider. Disputes about work performed must be resolved directly with that provider.

4. Partner payment terms

Partners are billed on a flat per-call basis by call category (for example, general pest, rodents, bed bugs, termites, wildlife). There is no monthly subscription fee.

A call becomes billable only after it has been connected for 60 seconds. Calls shorter than 60 seconds are not charged.

Every call is logged with its timestamp and duration. Partners may dispute a billable call within 48 hours of the call by submitting a dispute from the partner dashboard. Approved disputes are credited to the next invoice.

5. Consent to be contacted and recorded

By submitting a request, homeowners consent to be contacted by CallSignal and its partner pest control providers by phone and text, including through automated dialing systems, regarding that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Calls placed through CallSignal numbers may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and billing verification. By continuing a call, all parties consent to that recording.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or request removal from calling by contacting us using the details below.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for genuine pest control requests, and not to submit another person's contact details without their permission. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or artificial call generation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CallSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by a partner provider.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to CallSignal in the three months preceding the claim.
